LUXURY RENTAL - "HOLIDAY" - DEC 15 - JAN 4, 2013

Check In Time: 4:00 pm
Check-Out Time 11:00 am
All luxury rentals require a 3-day minimum.
No Pets allowed.
Maximum of 4 adults in the unit unless previously agreed to.
NO SMOKING (smoking allowed on outdoor patio).
A signed rental agreement is required prior to stay including a copy of drivers license and/or passport.

Deposit Policy:

Security deposit is $500.00 USD and will be refunded within 7 days of departure (assuming there are no damages). Any damages will be deducted from deposit.
The mandatory 9% government Resort Tax added to bill.
50% deposit required at booking. Balance to be paid 45 days prior to arrival.

Refund Policy:

Cancellation and no-show policy: No refund will be issued for no-shows and cancellations made less than 45 days prior to reservation date.
A 100% refund will be issued for cancellations made 45 days or more prior to reservation date.
For confirmed reservations during the Christmas/New Year "holiday" period, there will be no refunds.
All itinerary and reservation changes must be made in writing by email directly with www.TheCliffRentals.com
We recommend the purchase of travel insurance to all our customers for safety, security and peace of mind.
